The rope was replaced with a tape wound on the windlass, which allows one to operate the anchor quickly, and what is important, thanks to the continued ventilation on the windlass, the tape maintains its vitality for longer – it does not decay or rot.
This type of windlass enables one to wind around 32 meters of thin tape and 22 meters of the thick one. You can choose which tape do you want, please write it in the comments when ordering. The windlass price include the sewn tape and element for fixing anchor.
Thin tape is recommended for yachts to 2 tons and thick tape for bigger boats.
